Application process for students (Master/PhD):
To attend the Summer School, candidates must apply and submit an application package (see content below).

Application package - Students (master/PhD)
- Abstract in English (max 1 page, including figures and references)
- Explain main part your research project/working activities and briefly your motivation for attending the summer school
- Download the Abstract Template
- Consult the Topics
- A detailed and up to date Curriculum Vitae
- If accepted, registration will be open and candidates will have to submit an A0 Poster in PDF format and in printed format to be displayed during the summer school.
How to submit your abstract and C.V.
To submit your abstract and your C.V. on the Sustain-E summer school website:

It is necessary to have an account on the platform or create one,

Then, log in by clicking on the Login button (see Connect)
- Once logged into the platform, click on the "My Space” page, then on "My submissions"
- On the "New Submission" page, click on the "Submit an abstract" button.
- Complete the title, for the type, choose "Abstract (Students)", then choose your topics.
- Follow the steps to submit your abstract as a file and your Curriculum Vitae as supplementary data (select the "Other" category) (see Make a new submission)

Applications will be evaluated by the summer school coordinators.
Attendees will receive a certificate for their participation in the Summer School. Students may validate ECTS, depending on their Doctoral School.
Registration is free and includes
- Access to the Summer School courses
- Lunches, coffee-breaks, dinners.
- Social activities (Including a Street Art Visit on Wednesday 18)
Registration does not includes
- Accomodation
- Travel
- Personal expenses
Participants are kindly asked to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
There will be a possibility of a scholarship to cover a part of travel costs only for students enrolled at partner universities of the GreenChips-EDU project, based on a proof of status (enrollment certificate, reference letter from Phd supervisor, copy of the student card), please contact your university for further information.
